NEW CLIENT CONSULTATION - FREE
This session is a 30-minute phone conversation to seek out information, see if Table Coaching is the right fit, and figure out the best way forward.

FIRST CLIENT SESSION - 1 hour | $85
This is the first official session with Table Coaching. When scheduling this session, you will be asked to sign the intake forms in order to start coaching.

NEW CLIENT SESSIONS - 1 hour | $85
For the first three coaching sessions, a client is considered new to the Table. While a client is new to the Table, there is text/email correspondence in between sessions available.

EXISTING CLIENT SESSIONS - 1 hour | $75
On the fourth coaching session, a client becomes an existing client at the Table. All existing clients include text/email correspondence in between sessions as well as 20% off their first Group Coaching Package.

EXTENDED CLIENT SESSIONS - 1.5 hours | $100
For existing clients, extended sessions are available and include all existing client benefits (text/email correspondence, Group Session Package discounts, and free Table Coaching Workshops).

OFFICIANT CONSULTATION - FREE
This is a 30-minute phone conversation to seek out information, see if a Table Coach Officiant is the right fit, and figure out the best way forward. You will be asked to fill out a questionnaire regarding your wedding details.

PRE-MARITAL COACHING | $499
A fully customized 4-session coaching package that prepares a foundation for your marriage. Table Pre-Marital Coaching is not a system or curriculum; it is customized per couple so that you get exactly what you need moving into marriage.

YOUTH ATHLETICS

YOUTH ATHLETICS CONSULTATION - FREE
This is a 30-minute phone conversation to seek out information, see if a Table Coach is the right fit, and figure out the best way forward. You will be asked to fill out a questionnaire regarding your athletic details.

BASKETBALL SKILLS TRAINING - 1 hour | $45
This is an hour of skill training that included but is not limited to shooting, ball-handling, individual moves, basketball IQ, and defense.

*An additional Sports Psychology session may be added.
